Ripplizer プライバシーポリシー

Takaaki Yayoi (以下「開発者」) は、iOS / iPadOS アプリ「Ripplizer」(以下「本アプリ」) における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報やその他のデータを収集しません。アカウント登録の仕組みもありません。
2. マイクの利用
本アプリは、周りの音や流れている音楽のリズムに合わせて画面に波紋を描くために、端末のマイクを使います。
- マイクの音声は、端末の中でその場で解析するだけです。
- 音声を録音したり、ファイルとして保存したりすることはありません。
- 音声やその解析結果を、端末の外に送信することはありません。
マイクの利用はいつでも、端末の「設定」アプリ > Ripplizer から許可を取り消せます。許可しない場合も、画面をタップして波紋を描くことはできます。
3. 端末に保存する情報
本アプリは、利用者が選んだ設定 (感度、色のテーマ) だけを端末の中に保存します。この情報は端末の外に送信されず、本アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。
4. 通信、広告、解析ツール
本アプリはインターネットに接続しません。広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングの仕組みや、それらを行う第三者のツールも組み込んでいません。
5. クラッシュレポート
利用者が端末の設定で「App デベロッパと共有」を有効にしている場合、Apple を通じて、本アプリが異常終了したときの技術的な情報が開発者に共有されることがあります。この情報は Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われ、開発者は不具合の修正にのみ使います。
6. お子様の利用
本アプリはどなたの情報も収集しないため、お子様の情報を収集することもありません。
7. このポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能の変更などに伴い、このポリシーを改定することがあります。改定した場合は、このページで内容と改定日をお知らせします。

Ripplizer Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Takaaki Yayoi ("the developer") handles information in Ripplizer ("the app") for iOS and iPadOS.
1. Information We Collect
The app does not collect any personal information or other data from you. There are no user accounts.
2. Microphone
The app uses your device's microphone to draw ripples on the screen in time with the music and sounds around you.
- Audio is analyzed on your device, in real time only.
- Audio is never recorded or saved to a file.
- Audio and the results of the analysis are never sent off your device.
You can turn off microphone access at any time in the Settings app > Ripplizer. Without microphone access, you can still tap the screen to make ripples.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores only the settings you choose (sensitivity and color theme) on your device. They are never sent off your device and are deleted when you delete the app.
4. Network, Advertising and Analytics
The app does not connect to the internet. It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking, and no third-party tools that do these things.
5. Crash Reports
If you have turned on "Share With App Developers" in your device settings, Apple may share technical information about app crashes with the developer. This information is handled under Apple's privacy policy, and the developer uses it only to fix problems in the app.
6. Children
Because the app does not collect information from anyone, it does not collect information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated, for example when the app's features change. Any update will be posted on this page with its effective date.
