Importing from photo library has been supported.

CloudWatcher for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad on the iTunes App Store

I've added the "Import from photo library" button in the "Your clouds" view.

Photos from library are unclassified, so you need to chose cloud types. Furthermore, location data are not extracted from the photos.
